N4N SIGN · GATE 03
From sent to signed while you watch.
n4n Sign sends any document for legally binding e-signature and shows you the moment it is opened, viewed and signed — every envelope event logged to the CRM record it belongs to. No printing, no scanning, no wondering.

Watch the ink land.
An envelope in Sign is a live object, not an attachment. You see it get opened, you see each signature arrive, and the audit trail writes itself line by line — sealed the moment the last party signs.
01 send from a Docs file or a template
02 signers open a link — no account
03 certificate seals, CRM hears about it
Capabilities · manifest
Everything between draft and done.
Six things Sign does so a closed deal never waits on paperwork.
Routing that runs itself
Order signers any way the deal needs — sequential, parallel or mixed. Each recipient gets the envelope exactly when it is their turn, and nobody waits on a forwarded PDF.
Evidence-grade audit trail
Every open, view and signature is recorded with time, device and address, then sealed with a cryptographic hash into a certificate that travels with the document.
Templates with merge fields
Turn your standard MSA or order form into a template once. Names, amounts and dates fill themselves from the CRM deal before the envelope leaves the gate.
Reminders that do the chasing
Sign nudges unsigned recipients on the schedule you set and stops the moment they sign. The follow-up email writes itself out of a job.
Sign from any device
Recipients draw, type or upload a signature straight from the link — phone, tablet or laptop. No account to create, nothing to install.
Status written back to the record
Sent, viewed, signed — every envelope event posts to the CRM timeline in real time, and a completed envelope can raise the first invoice on its own.

SIGN → CRM
Sent, viewed, signed: every envelope event lands on the deal timeline the second it happens.
SIGN → INVOICE

Before you board
Is n4n Sign available today?
Not yet — n4n Sign is scheduled on the fleet board. Email support@n4n.io and we will tell you the moment it boards. The fleet’s first departure, n4n AI, is live today at n4n.ai.
Are signatures on n4n Sign legally binding?
Sign is built for legally binding e-signature: signer intent and consent are captured explicitly, every envelope carries a tamper-evident audit trail of who viewed and signed, when and from where, and each completed document is sealed with a cryptographic hash and a downloadable certificate.
Do signers need an n4n account?
No. Recipients get a link, confirm who they are, and sign from any device — phone included. Accounts are only for the side sending the envelope.
How does Sign fit the rest of the fleet?
One login and one balance, like every n4n app. Envelopes start from documents in Docs, every event is logged to the deal record in CRM, and a completed signature can raise the first invoice in Invoice automatically.
