N4N ANALYTICS · GATE 26
Every app reports to one screen.
n4n Analytics puts dashboards over every app’s data — revenue from Books, pipeline from CRM, tickets from Desk, usage from n4n AI — on one screen, narrowed by one filter, with no CSV exports in between.

SPECIMEN · THE COMMAND DECK
One board, four sources
Revenue lands from Books as invoices are paid, pipeline moves with CRM stages, the ticket queue streams from Desk and token spend arrives from n4n AI. Each tile is live, not an import.
The filter is the point: pick a source, a customer or a period and every tile and chart on the board narrows together. Behind each number sits the record that made it — click through and you are on the invoice itself.

Fleet-native sources
Books, CRM, Desk and n4n AI show up as sources the moment you switch them on — schema known, records live. There is nothing to connect, map or export; the fleet writes and Analytics reads.
Cross-app joins
Every source shares the fleet’s customer record, so revenue joins pipeline joins tickets without a key in sight. Filter to one account and see everything it earned, asked and cost.
Boards that stay live
Tiles update as events land — an invoice paid in Books moves the revenue line seconds later. Put a board on the office screen and stop asking around for the latest numbers.
Threshold alerts
Watch any metric and draw a line: above, below, or moving too fast. When it trips, the alert lands in Chat or Mail with the chart attached and the records one click away.
Scheduled digests
Any board becomes a Monday-morning email: the numbers, the deltas and the one chart that changed. Composed by Analytics, delivered by Mail, on the schedule you set.
Drill to the record
Every number is a door. Click the revenue tile and land on the invoices behind it; click a spike and see that day’s events. No aggregate is more than one click from its source rows.
ROUTE MAP · DATA INBOUND
Analytics works the fleet
Analytics is a hub, not a stop: Books and CRM stream records in, the boards join them on the shared customer, and Sheet takes any dataset onward the moment you need formulas instead of charts.
n4n Booksboarding
Paid invoices and ledger lines stream in as the revenue dataset — the board moves the moment money is booked.
n4n CRMboarding
Deals, stages and win rates arrive keyed to the shared customer record, so pipeline sits on the same axis as revenue.
n4n Analyticsscheduled
The instrument panel. Sources join here, one filter cuts across all of them, and every chart links back to its records.
n4n Sheetscheduled
When a chart is not enough, any dataset opens as live cells in Sheet — pivot it, model it, and the link stays live.

BOARDING INFORMATION
Before the gate opens
Straight answers on status, where the data comes from and where Analytics sits next to Sheet.
Is n4n Analytics available today?
Not yet — n4n Analytics is scheduled. The data it will chart is already accumulating in the fleet: n4n AI, live today, meters every request it serves. Email support@n4n.io and we will tell you the moment the gate opens.
Where does the data come from?
From the fleet itself. Books, CRM, Desk and n4n AI appear as native sources the moment you switch them on — Analytics reads the same records those apps write, so there are no connectors to configure, no syncs to babysit and no CSV exports in between.
How is Analytics different from n4n Sheet?
Sheet is for working a number — formulas, pivots and models over live cells. Analytics is for watching numbers — standing dashboards, alerts and digests over every source at once. They share datasets: any chart in Analytics opens as live cells in Sheet.
Can it alert me when a number moves?
Yes — that is the design. Watch any metric on a board and set a threshold or a rate of change; when it trips, Analytics posts to a Chat channel, mails a summary or pings the person on call, with the chart attached and a link to the records behind it.
