Everything in its place, still findable
One tree for the whole team
Client, project and team folders in a single structure with per-folder permissions. A new teammate gets the whole map on day one — not a decade of desktop exports.
Per-app folders that fill themselves
Docs saves as it edits, Mail files attachments by thread, Sign returns the countersigned PDF to the deal folder. Filing happens at the source, not on a Friday afternoon.
Previews before downloads
PDFs, decks, images and video open in the browser the moment they land — the 84 MB site survey streams once instead of downloading to four laptops.
Every save is a version
Drive keeps the history behind each file, so proposal-v4 can just be called proposal. Restore any earlier state without asking who has the latest.
Search inside the file
Find files by what they say, not just what they are named — contract terms, sheet cells and slide text are indexed along with the filename.
Links with an expiry date
Share a file or a whole folder with an expiring link, download controls and a log of who opened it. Revoke access in one click when the project ends.

Is n4n Drive live today?
Not yet. n4n Drive is scheduled — announced and on the board, but not boarding. The only app live today is n4n AI. Email support@n4n.io and we will tell you the moment it moves to boarding.
What are per-app folders?
Folders the fleet maintains for you. Docs saves documents into Drive as it edits them, Mail files attachments by thread, and Sign drops the countersigned PDF next to the contract it came from — nothing to download and re-upload by hand.
How does sharing work in n4n Drive?
Every file and folder gets a link with controls: set an expiry date, allow or block downloads, and revoke access at any time. Drive keeps a log of what was shared, with whom and until when.
How will n4n Drive be priced?
The same way as the rest of the fleet: one prepaid balance, pay for the storage you actually use, no per-seat pricing and a $0 minimum. Top up once and every n4n app draws from the same balance.
