How do backlinks work?
Type [[ inside any note to link another note, a contact or a project. Every mention becomes a two-way link, so opening the Meridian Supply record shows every note that ever named it — no tagging discipline required.
What does "notes that file themselves" mean?
Notebook reads the context a note was captured in — the calendar invite, the CRM record on screen, the Meet call it came from — and files the note against the right contact and project automatically. You write; the filing happens.
Do I need the rest of the fleet to use Notebook?
