N4N CALENDAR · GATE 18
A week that keeps itself in order.
n4n Calendar is the one view of everyone’s time. Bookings drops confirmed slots onto it, Mail turns inbox invites into events, Meet attaches the room — you open your week and it is already arranged. Your week, the team’s week, one grid.
Specimen · month view
The month fills itself in.
Watch a month assemble: bookings arrive from your scheduling links, invites surface from your inbox, calls bring their own rooms. Each event keeps the colour of the app that sent it, so you can read your week’s sources at a glance.

A calendar that does the coordinating.
Six things Calendar does so your week arranges itself before you look at it.
A schedule the fleet writes
Confirmed Bookings slots, invites Mail finds in your inbox and Meet rooms all land as events on their own. You never copy a time from one app into another.
Everyone’s week, one overlay
Lay any teammate’s calendar over yours — free, busy or full detail, set by permission. Planning a workshop for five people stops being archaeology.
Find a time in one pass
Ask for 45 minutes with three people this week and Calendar returns the slots that clear everyone’s working hours and time zones. Pick one; the invites go out.
Focus blocks that push back
Mark your deep-work hours and Calendar defends them: a conflicting request gets a polite decline and the next open slot proposed instead.
Your day, mailed at 07:30
A morning agenda in your inbox: every event, who is in it, the room link and what changed overnight. The surprise 09:00 meeting stops existing.
Time zones without arithmetic
Every event stores one true time and renders in each attendee’s own zone — Lisbon, Austin and Singapore each see it local, and the invite says so.

Invites and confirmations Mail finds in your inbox become events before you have read the message — RSVP from either side.
CALENDAR → MEET
Any event with attendees carries a Meet room, and the notes and action items file back to the event when the call ends.

Information desk
Before you board
Is n4n Calendar available today?
Not yet — n4n Calendar is scheduled on the fleet board. Email support@n4n.io and we will tell you the moment it boards. The fleet’s first departure, n4n AI, is live today at n4n.ai.
How do events from other apps get onto the calendar?
They are already there. Bookings, Mail, Meet and Calendar share one account and one data spine, so a confirmed booking slot, an invite found in your inbox or a scheduled call lands as an event on its own — no connectors to configure and nothing to sync.
Can people outside n4n receive my invites?
Yes. Invites go out as standard calendar invitations, so guests on any calendar product get a normal invite they can accept from wherever they are, and their RSVPs flow back to your event.
What will Calendar cost?
The same model as every fleet app: one login, one prepaid balance, pay for what you use, no per-seat pricing. Exact pricing is published when Calendar boards — the $0 minimum applies across the fleet.
